Department of Physics

Welcome to the Department of Physics. We carry out two study programs, Physics and Science and Engineering. Teaching curriculum in M.Sc. level is tightly connected to our research activities. Our research is conducted in several research groups which all have their own specialisation. Two of the research groups belong to the centre of excellence appointed by the Academy of Finland.
